These categories include Commercial; Affordable Apartments; Market Rate Apartments; Single Family, Receiver; HOA (Homeowners Associations); and Mobile Homes – RV (Recreational Vehicle). EBMC’s focus is performance and professionalism. EBMC has its corporate headquarters in Rohnert Park, California.
EBMC conducts its business operations through three privately held corporations. These are Eugene Burger Managemen; Eugene Burger Management Corporation of Nevada; and Eugene Burger Management Corporation of Texas. EBMC manages greater than two-million square feet of office, industrial, and retail space in the States of California and Nevada. A number of the Corporation’s tenants are national retailers.
Pertaining to HOA, Eugene Burger manages roughly 236 associations with an estimated 20,000 units situated throughout California and Nevada. Since its inception, the Corporation has managed associations (cooperatives, planned unit, condominium and homeowner’s associations) in California and Nevada. Regarding Affordable Housing, since its inception, Eugene Burger Management has been managing affordable, government-subsidized housing for persons with low income. Since then, the Corporation has participated in the management of greater than 250 properties subsidized and/or insured by HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) or other agencies.
